CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking a hands-on Supervisor – Concrete Tilt Panel Erection to lead and deliver high-quality tilt panel installation on commercial and industrial projects in Hervey Bay. Our client is a leading construction company specialising in commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects, delivering quality outcomes on time and on budget across Queensland and Australia. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise tilt panel erection works from mobilisation through to practical completion Coordinate cranage, rigging crews, dogmen and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient panel lifts Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, lift plans, SWMS and site safety requirements Manage daily pre-starts, toolbox talks and on-site safety briefings Oversee sequencing, panel set-out, alignment and temporary bracing per design specifications Liaise closely with Project Manager, site teams, engineers and clients to maintain programme and quality Our Ideal Candidate 5 years experience supervising tilt panel erection on commercial or industrial builds Strong knowledge of crane coordination, rigging and lift execution Sound understanding of structural tolerance, bracing systems and panel installation sequencing Exceptional communicator with strong leadership and teamwork skills Construction White Card and relevant certifications What’s On Offer Project-based work with a growing and quality-focused construction business Opportunity to lead and shape site delivery practices Competitive remuneration and site allowances (dependent on experience) FIFO/DIDO option available, however will be at your expense.
