Exploration Geologist | Mt Clement | Antimony
Black Cat Syndicate Limited is a dynamic, fast‐growing resources company advancing a rare and strategically important antimony project, with additional operating assets at Kal East and Paulsen's and ongoing exploration across a highly prospective tenement package.
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Exploration Geologist to join our team and work on a high‐quality, rare antimony project in Western Australia. Antimony is a globally strategic critical mineral, and this role offers the chance to be directly involved in advancing one of the few dedicated antimony projects in the region.
In this role, you will contribute across all phases of exploration, from early‐stage targeting through to resource definition, ensuring geological risks are identified, assessed and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute and review exploration programs, including drilling, surface sampling, mapping and data interpretation, ensuring geological risks and opportunities are clearly understood.
* Work closely with cross‐functional teams including geology, drilling contractors, metallurgy, geotechnical and environmental specialists to support safe, efficient and technically robust exploration outcomes.
* Contribute to geological interpretations and targeting focused on antimony‐dominant mineral systems, supporting the progression from exploration success through to resource growth.
* Support data quality, sampling integrity and geological models to ensure confidence in results and downstream development decisions.

* Strong geological logging, sampling and data interpretation skills (RC and/or diamond drilling preferred)
* Familiarity with geological software and databases (e.g. Leapfrog, Micromine, Surpac or similar).
* Field‐based experience in remote environments (previous underground or site experience advantageous but not essential).
* A collaborative, hands‐on attitude and the ability to work effectively across small, high‐performing teams.
