Account Executive - Digital Workplace – Location: Perth – Type: Full time – Posted Today – End Date: December 13.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and position Ricoh as a leading Digital Services Solutions provider.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure high customer satisfaction, and execute territory planning.
- Solution Selling: Present and sell Ricoh's suite of products and services including Office Print / Print Management Solutions, Production Print, Workplace & Audio‑Visual Technology, Digital Automation and Workflow Solutions, ITS Services, Managed Services.
- Business Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and manage CRM.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends and maintain solid knowledge of industry segments.

Qualifications

- 5+ Years proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, digital solutions, or related industries.
- Proven success in achievement of sales targets and strong desire to over‑achieve revenue goals.
- Solid understanding of the business sector and the challenges faced by businesses in managing workflows, documents, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively.
- A proactive, results‑driven approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Track record of business / account plan development and execution.
- Experience in handling multi‑level relationships, including business and technical decision makers in customer organisations.
- Proven sales skills in creating, advancing, and closing new sales.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Strong influencer and negotiator.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
