The Project Engineer delivers projects across capital water infrastructure including valves, hydrants, water pump stations, network renewals, water main replacements and more across the Logan region. In addition to managing the Delivery phase of the program's renewals projects, you will be collaborating with design, scheduling, cost and commissioning and maintenance teams to ensure smooth transitions and project success.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity and will site based as well as office based in Beenleigh.
What you'll do
* Attend planning visits and concept reviews to advise on constructability and delivery across time, cost, safety and quality outcomes
* Support Scheduling, Cost Controls, Community Engagement, Procurement, Estimating, Quality Assurance and Safety teams in developing delivery plans
* Provide technical advice and expertise throughout project delivery phase, promptly addressing any issues and problem-solve to maintain time, cost, quality and safety targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, clients, subcontractors and colleagues

What we're looking for
* Project delivery experience within the water & or Wastewater industry (preferred)
* Experience in driving quality outcomes in project delivery
* Degree qualification in civil or mechanical engineering
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with people
* Sound computer skills
