The opportunity
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Account Manager, Merchants to join our ACT/Southern NSW Sales team. In this hands‐on, field‐based role, you'll take ownership of a merchant territory, building strong relationships and driving sales and profitability across the region.
What you'll be doing
* Manage and grow a portfolio of merchant customers
* Achieve sales and margin targets within your territory
* Deliver product training, demonstrations and day‐to‐day support
* Identify growth opportunities through sales data and market insight
* Ensure merchant displays and point of sale are current and engaging
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver great customer outcomes
About you
* Experience in sales or account management, ideally within a trade or merchant environment
* Strong relationship‐building and communication skills
* Commercial mindset with confidence using data and reporting
* Self‐motivated, organised and comfortable working autonomously in the field
* Own your territory with autonomy and flexibility
* Work with strong, recognisable brands that open doors
