Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
Gain practical experience and exposure to all areas of Austal’s business.
Work on development of creative vessels including propulsion, structural design, electrical systems, and automation.
Support operations by ensuring financial integrity and strategic growth through budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success and operational excellence.
Participate in periodic placements across multiple functions including Production, Procurement, Design, Engineering, Commercial, and Programs.
About You
The company is looking for:
Students in their final year of study in 2025 or recent graduates not yet in professional work.
Australian Citizenship.
