* 2 x Permanent/continuing, full time positions
* Level 5: $84,002 - $94, % superannuation

The University of Wollongong is looking for two organised and proactive Timetabling Officers to join the Educational Scheduling team. You will be the key contact for assigned academic areas, helping plan and manage teaching timetables that meet student demand.

In this role, you'll work closely with Subject Coordinators, discipline leaders and professional staff to prepare, check and update teaching schedules. You'll manage tutorial availability and enrolments, process casual room bookings, respond to last-minute or complex changes, and help support exam delivery during peak periods.

The role suits someone who's detail-oriented, comfortable working with large systems and data, and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. Building strong working relationships and providing clear advice on timetabling processes will be an important part of the job.
