What does the job look like?
Linfox's Intermodal business has multiple full-time permanent opportunities for experienced HC Driversto join our team in Acacia Ridge QLD. As part of this role, you will be required to transport various freight and drive various trailers from tautliners to skel and refrigerated trailers. We currently have permanent full-time positions available on afternoon shift working Monday to Friday commencing at 3:00pm + potential overtime. Key areas:
* Driving to the commitment of Linfox Safety Standards at all times
* Ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focus
* Complying with the Linfox coupling & uncoupling procedures
* Daily prestart checks and ensure loads are restrained appropriately
* Strong understanding of Chain of Responsibility principles and extensive knowledge of road transport legislation
