Your Role
As Manager of Adele House, you’ll lead the way in overseeing every aspect of our residential rehabilitation services, from clinical excellence and team leadership to program innovation and regulatory compliance. You’ll join a compassionate & dedicated team committed to supporting people on their path to recovery. Your leadership will drive a high-impact, person-centred approach that empowers individuals throughout their recovery journey.
Your Responsibility
Lead and support a passionate AOD team to deliver outstanding, evidence-based care
Drive implementation of our Strategic Plan with a focus on continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with Clinical Care Standards, WHS, safeguarding, and QIC Accreditation
Oversee holistic program delivery: AOD groups, therapeutic services, vocational training
Foster external partnerships and inter-agency collaboration for seamless care
Use data insights to improve outcomes and service quality
Coordinate smooth site operations, from facilities to food services
Mentor staff, supporting professional growth and team development
You Will Need
Relevant tertiary qualification (Social Work, Community Welfare, etc.) or 5+ years’ experience
Proven leadership in operations and people management
Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
In-depth knowledge of AOD rehabilitation and mental health practices
Experience with integrated care and community-based service networks
Skilled in WHS, case management, and compliance systems
Confident with Microsoft Office and data collection/reporting tools
Current NSW Driver Licence (unrestricted)
