You'll be at the forefront of critical business negotiations and organisational change, with hybrid working arrangements and direct access to executive leadership.What You'll DoStrategic LeadershipLead and manage the delivery of comprehensive HR Services, encompassing employee relations, learning and development, and HR process support Serve as a strategic HR business partner to regional leadership, driving organisational effectiveness and transformational change Support strategy execution and country-specific initiatives Provide strategic guidance for upcoming Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) negotiationsTeam & Stakeholder ManagementManage a team of four direct reports while fostering collaboration across the organisation Navigate and balance local business needs with global processes and structures Align diverse stakeholder perspectives to develop unified strategic approaches Build strong relationships across matrix organisational structuresWhat You BringEssential ExperienceProven track record in strategic HR business partnership roles Strong experience in employee relations and HR process management Demonstrated ability to drive change and improve organisational effectiveness Experience navigating complex matrix organisationsPreferred BackgroundManufacturing industry experience (other industries such as FMCG or Retail will be considered) Global organisational experience Previous involvement in enterprise bargaining or similar negotiationsKey CompetenciesExceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills Strategic thinking with practical execution capabilities Resilience and adaptability in complex business environments Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesIf you're a strategic HR leader who thrives in complex environments and wants to make a significant impact on business outcomes, we want to hear from you.
