Your responsibilities will include assessing transport needs and preparing tailored, accurate quotes, identifying and resolving issues, discrepancies or delays, maintaining detailed records of bookings, schedules and shipment documentation, tracking shipments and providing real-time updates, coordinating with internal teams, contractors and freight partners, and building strong working relationships across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Manage phone and email enquiries with exceptional customer service skills.
* Transport Management: Assess transport needs and prepare tailored, accurate quotes for customers.
* Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues, discrepancies or delays in shipments and schedules.
