About the role
Due to internal promotion, ACOR is seeking a self-motivated Project Manager to join our Canberra team, working on a range of services-heavy projects.
Working as part of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring effective project execution across multidisciplinary works.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Providing technical direction, oversight, and management of both engineering and design projects.
2. Conducting site-based inspections, engineering, and commissioning services for internal and external projects.
3. Providing engineering assessment, design, and documentation of a high standard within time, cost, and quality expectations.
4. Consulting, recommending, and advising in specialty engineering areas.
Skills and experience
1. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a services trade, with certifications in Project Management highly regarded.
2. Experience in Construction or Engineering Project Management.
3. Strong experience within building services design or construction.
4. High-level written and verbal communication skills, teamed with professional personal presentation, are critical for success in this role.
5. A strong working knowledge of a range of design software packages, data management systems, and auditing.
Due to the nature of our projects, the successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen and eligible for Baseline Security Clearance.
