Lead Producer Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Producer to oversee and manage our production team, ensuring the delivery of outstanding creative content across various mediums.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production processes, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met and projects run seamlessly. You will build strong relationships with clients, understand their unique brand stories, and provide guidance in an ever-changing industry environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage production schedules, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all deliverables are on time
* Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative ambition with practical execution
* Foster strong relationships with internal creative teams, external vendor partners, and clients
Requirements:
Experience and Skills:
8+ years experience in Production; agency experience is advantageous. Strong experience working on, leading and delivering large-scale, high-profile campaigns across the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sector.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, Advertising or a related field.
