What You Bring
* Experience working with clients in community or aged care, supporting daily household needs
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability
* Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain one)
* National Police Check Certification
* Valid driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
* Willingness to travel 30–45 minutes for client visits
Key Criteria
* Availability across weekdays; alternating weekend shifts preferred
* Minimum 15–25 hours per week
* Flexible shifts between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
* Must provide proof of Australian work rights
