About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering our Employment Services Strategy, focused on improving sustainable employment outcomes for individuals with disabilities.
This position requires mentoring participants to overcome barriers by developing tailored plans and fostering a work-ready mindset. Our ideal candidate is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their goals and secure suitable and sustainable employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure each participant's individual needs and aspirations are at the forefront of focus.
* Support a caseload of participants with tailored Action Plans based on strengths, goals, and support needs.
* Deliver coaching and support in line with our Service Delivery Model.
* Build rapport and trust with participants, connecting them with internal and external training, qualifications, and support services.
* Work collaboratively with Business Inclusion Specialists to engage employers and identify job opportunities.
* Create sustainable job opportunities and career paths for participants via relationships with local employers.
* Support employers with inclusive practices and work adjustments, fostering a disability confident workplace.
