The Role
As a Junior FP&A Analyst, you’ll be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team that’s shaping the way we scale. You won’t just crunch numbers, you’ll help turn them into decisions. From building models to supporting investor insights, your work will directly impact how we grow and where we go next.
What you’ll do
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking across the business.
* Build and maintain financial models to guide key decisions.
* Analyse data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Prepare clear, concise reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
* Contribute to investor and board reporting, including equity and debt raises.
* Help improve FP&A tools, processes, and reporting as we scale.
What you’ll bring
* 1+ years experience in FP&A, corporate finance, credit, or a similar analytical role.
* Comfortable with Excel and financial modelling; Power BI or SQL experience is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail.
* The ability to turn complex data into simple insights.
* Exposure to lending, banking, credit or fintech environments is a bonus.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar.
* Masters degree in Finance or similar is highly regarded.
