We are currently working on multiple projects across the metropolitan area from Two Rocks to Mandurah and from Australind to Margaret River in the southwest region. Our projects have multiple active stages with project values ranging from $500K to $10million.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Site Supervisor will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project objectives are met.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Supervising one or multiple projects simultaneously
2. Managing construction crews of labourers, drainers, road builders, utility contractors, machine operators including selection and coordination of sub-contractors.
3. Organising materials and machinery and ensuring workforce, machinery and materials are in the right place, at the right time, meeting projects' requirements
4. Allocate team member tasks and monitor work to ensure quality standards are always maintained
5. Proactively manage site operations to ensure compliance to all practices, policies, procedures and in accordance with statutory and local Shire regulations
6. Lead pre-start meetings and oversee machinery pre-start checks
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures; and
8. Any other site leadership requirements that may arise.

7. Are comfortable with technology and able to use standard programs such as MS Project, Excel, Word
8. Work collaboratively and you roll up your sleeves when you need to.
