About the Administration Officer Role
This is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support in a dynamic work environment. As a key member of our team, you will enable the Inpatient St George Mental Health Service team to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a range of administrative services including reception duties and clerical tasks
* Manage electronic systems and office equipment/product supply ensuring maximum efficiency
* Operate Microsoft Office functions, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook with accuracy and speed
* Communicate effectively with team members, patients and stakeholders through written and verbal means
Selection Criteria
* Able to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced workload
* Experience of responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
* High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt to different situations
* Demonstrated commitment to quality service and continuous improvement in workplace practices and procedures
* Current unrestricted drivers licence for local travel
