An exciting position exists for an experienced Delivery Co‑ordinator/Sales Consultant to service our loyal customers.
About the position
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person who is committed to exceptional customer service, to take on the role as our Sales Consultant / Delivery Coordinator.
Reporting to the management team in this hands‑on role, you will coordinate and manage the end‑to‑end delivery process for vehicles, sell new Mitsubishi vehicles and take on the role of after‑care backup. This will entail management from the time of vehicle delivery to the dealership through to point of hand‑over to clients.
Your new role will have you
* Liaising with rental companies and Mitsubishi Motors Australia staff to deliver vehicles to a high standard
* Organising pre‑delivery work, detailing and aftercare for client vehicles
* Maintaining delivery logs, booking vehicle transport and invoicing
* Learning the products and benefits of aftercare as a secondary contact
* Booking and bringing new vehicles into stock
* Building strong relationships between clients and the dealership
* Driving and enhancing the dealership's processes to achieve results
* Ability to work a 5‑day roster (one RDO during a weekday)
* Building a rapport with customers in order to demonstrate and sell the features and benefits of our aftercare range on new and used vehicles
* Gain business from new and existing customers
* Ensure that you provide exceptional end‑to‑end customer service
* Maintain a high level of knowledge about vehicles and products you represent
* Understand the customers objectives, buying criteria and decision‑making processes
* Form long‑term business partnerships to leverage future transactions/purchases
* Identify and exceed our customer's needs, with in‑depth advice and service
* Facilitate vehicle purchase experience for new and existing customers
About you
* Well‑presented and professional
* Experience in dealing with customers over the phone and face to face
* Ability to remain highly organised and detail orientated
* Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
* Team orientated and self‑managed
* Hard working and self‑motivated with a strong work ethic
* Drive to exceed targets and expectations
* A current driver's licence is essential for this role
* Desire to build a customer base
* Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience

* Ability to be analytical, think laterally and problem‑solve

* Pentana – Dealer Management System experience will be highly regarded but not essential as training will be provided
