Our mission is to give students a world-class education in an international environment that allows them to graduate as French-English bilingual citizens of the world.Job DescriptionUnder the supervision of the Finance Manager, the Finance Assistant supports the Finance Manager, completing routine accounting tasks, managing and processing various accounts and transactions, maintaining reports and monitoring the analytical budget for the Lycée Condorcet.Starting date: Ideally as soon as possible, or as negotiated- Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pmKeyresponsabilities include but are not limited to the following:Prepare invoicesManage collections and debtor trackingStocktake uniformsAssist with reviewing fee policiesReception desk assistance to ensure coverageDesired Skills and ExperienceQualification: Diploma of Accounting or a Certificate IV in Business AdministrationMinimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position.Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.Capacity to maintain confidentiality.Ability to cooperate effectively within a team.Excellent ICT and communication skills (oral and written)in French & EnglishCapacity to manage own time, complete multiple tasks within a set time frame and show initiative.Valid Working With Children Check Clearance.
