Assist in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of silos and related components. Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery under supervision. Load, unload, and move materials and finished products. Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe workspace. Follow work instructions and support tradespeople (welders, fitters, fabricators) during production. Adhere to company safety policies and procedures, wearing appropriate PPE at all times. Support with packing, labelling, and preparing silos for dispatch or installation.
Skills & Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or construction preferred but not essential.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and manual handling.
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety practices.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Elevated Work Platform License
