**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our training areas and ranges.
In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for conducting basic inspections, maintenance, and upkeep of our facilities and infrastructure. You will also support the operation of range facilities, target systems, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure high-quality outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conducting routine inspections and maintenance tasks on facilities, equipment, and infrastructure
* Supporting the operation of range facilities, target systems, and ensuring compliance with Defence requirements
* Capturing performance metrics and contributing to contract reporting
* Coordinating with subcontractors to ensure high-quality outcomes
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in facilities maintenance, minor repairs, and caretaker responsibilities
* Able to work collaboratively within a team and engage with Defence stakeholders
* Current and valid driver's license (Medium Rigid Truck Licence recommended)
