Responsibilities
* Welcome and seat guests with a warm, professional manner
* Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
* Serve meals and drinks promptly and correctly
* Ensure tables are cleared and reset efficiently between services
* Provide knowledgeable answers about menu items, specials, and wine list
* Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests quickly
* Assist with cleaning, polishing cutlery/glassware, and maintaining a tidy floor
* Follow RSA and food safety standards
What We're Looking For
* Friendly, confident, and professional
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in hospitality preferred (training provided for the right person)
* Current RSA certification an advantage
* Flexible and reliable availability (Tue–Sat)
Role Details
Role: Waitstaff
Reports to: Restaurant Manager / Floor Supervisor
Hours: Tuesday–Saturday (split shifts may apply)
Pay: Award Rates (Restaurant & Catering Award)

* 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
