Key Responsibilities
* Provide timely service to members and guests, resolving problems and educating on products and services
* Manage reservations, confirm bookings, process payments, and allocate therapists, rooms, and equipment
* Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, processes, and revenue generation
* Contribute to team morale and foster a collaborative work environment
* Provide a warm, attentive, and professional experience to guests when making their spa appointments, on arrival, and departure with a focus on guest retention
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role or similar environment
* Knowledge of spa operations and services would be beneficial
