Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to prepare and cook high quality dishes.
Take ownership of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standard.
Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas to enhance our culinary offerings.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering their growth and development within the team.
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
