About Our Client

About the Role
* Take ownership of payroll processing for 100-150 employees, including superannuation, terminations, and reporting.
* Maintain accurate employee records and onboard new starters.
* Manage compliance tasks such as PAYG, TFN declarations, and STP reporting.
* Prepare and distribute payroll and leave reports for departmental managers.
* Support accounts payable/receivable, including bank reconciliations and goods receipting.
* Assist with bank receipts and liaise with the payroll software provider.
In addition to payroll responsibilities, you will provide general administration support across HR and finance functions.
About You
* 3+ years of payroll experience and a strong understanding of compliance and reporting obligations.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with pride in accuracy and confidentiality.
* Tech-savvy, proficient in payroll and accounting systems (experience with Pronto and HR Free is ideal, but not essential).
* Confident using Excel and able to work autonomously.
