We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major government health fit out project. This individual will oversee delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all phases of the project
* Develop and control project programmes, budgets, and risk management strategies
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
* Ensure strict compliance with government requirements, WHS, and environmental policies
* Manage budgets effectively while identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies
* Chair site and stakeholder meetings, providing clear and timely updates
* Resolve issues proactively with strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
About You:
You should have a minimum 4+ years' experience as a Project Manager on large-scale construction projects. Previous experience with government, health, or complex fit out projects is highly regarded.
Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills are essential. Solid knowledge of pre-construction, procurement, and delivery processes is also required. Proven ability to manage $20M+ projects successfully is necessary.
