About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales Market Offers, this role is focused on securing new business across Mid-Market and Government segments. You will develop and execute business development strategies, build relationships with key decision-makers, and position tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy to drive growth
* Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities, including managing tender processes and portals
* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers
* Understand customer needs and present tailored, value-driven solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop commercially sound proposals
* Influence cross-functional stakeholders to support deal success and closure
* Partner with account management teams to ensure a seamless client handover and onboarding
* Identify opportunities for account growth and long-term client success

About You

* Proven success in a B2B business development role
* Strong track record in winning new business
* Experience managing tenders and contracts
* Strong commercial acumen and solution-selling skills
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Self-motivated with a strong "hunter" mindset
