Our Sites have been created with zones to assist with core development from core strength, fine and gross motor skills to social skills and emotional regulations. All while having fun! We are a passionate teamWith New amazing integrative zones, we are looking for a range of new team members to join our sites. Mandurah & Bunbury and Port Kennedy all positions with our new locations, programmes, and Zones.
- **Site Manager / Superviso**r will report to the Operations Manager and will assist in the responsibility of the overall operations of the store including leading and managing a team of up to 15 staff. They are responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean safe environment, and ensuring consistent and efficient shift management.
- **Site Educator **you will be responsible in delivering educational activities to assist children and families with their development. You will be able to assist in the content with our Head Educators, Therapist and Specialists. These classes are focused on early development and intervention. We are looking for one per location or one to travel between all sites. It would be required you are able to assist with day-to-day tasks on site, customer service, barista, cleaning and be preferred your available some weekends, but not a requirement.
- **Day to Day Site Support** who would report to the site manager and occasionally to the Operational manage, you will be responsible for assisting customers, basic cooking, barista, cleaning, ensuring the site is safe
**About the role**:
Full time - Part time or Job Share, Casual positions available You will report to the company owners and higher management.
- The role is hands-on and you will be expected to work alongside and support your team
- Implement new/improved strategies to increase profitability
- Recruiting/training employees ( Site Manager only )
- Maintain cleanliness to the highest Indoor Play Equipment Standards
- You will be required to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays (some night work will also be required)
- Work with the current management team to consistently achieve labour/food cost targets
- Writing and managing weekly rosters ( Site Manager Only )
- You'll be responsible to manage all aspects of in-store operations on a full-time basis. In this hands-on diverse and exciting role, you will operate/oversee our in-store café, oversee a high volume of children's birthday parties and private functions as well as ensure the safe operation of the playground. You'll be responsible for managing bookings and inquiries ( SITE MANAGER )
- Follow the day-to-day operation in line with our standards.
- Demonstrated experience in managing people in addition to growing sales, managing costs and delivering outstanding service in a high-volume environment ( SITE MANAGER )
- Experienced in handling conflict between customers or able to deal with difficult and challenging situations
- Can do attitude with the ability to act autonomously, efficiently and resiliently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for creating a supporting and motivating team culture.
- Strong leadership qualities to get the best of your team
- **About you**:
- You must be a proactive team member with outstanding communication skills in a very fast paced environment
- Confident and professional
- Proven experience as a manager or supervisor within the hospitality and/or indoor play centre industry ( highly valued )
- Current First Aid and Working With Children check is a must
- Have Barista experience with an understanding of coffee ( Highly Valued )
- Clear understanding of food and beverage operations
- Maintain and deliver policies and procedures to ensure exceptional service and food safety practices
- Experience in effectively managing a team of 15 + staff
