The Role
An opportunity has become available for an Assistant Director of Nursing (Clinical Lead Projects - Infrastructure Planning) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 13 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
Provide expert clinical and timely advice to key stakeholders on transformation and change
Lead change management initiatives, project management and project delivery services
Develop complex project business cases, project plans, progress reports and closure reports
Collaborate on identifying opportunities for innovation, improvement, and strategic development
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
Registration with the Nursing Midwifery Board of Australia
Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B
Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Base salary ranging from $160 507 - $168 284 per annum

The Infrastructure Planning, Delivery and Commissioning team supports service delivery across a range of Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service (GCHHS) services through:
Facilitating strategic partnerships to improve GCHHS commerciality, performance and innovation.
Identifying opportunities, developing business cases and managing implementation of alternate models of services delivered based on creating best value for money.
Facilitating the development, management and delivery of major capital/infrastructure programs and projects.
Leading the procurement and commissioning of major capital and equipment and managing interfaces with third parties.
