Job details 
We have an exciting part time opportunity for an experienced Nursing professional to join GOTAFE as a Trainer & Assessor Nursing. As part of this role you will deliver high quality education outcomes for our diverse cohort of students. Your current clinical experience and passion for imparting knowledge on the next generation of healthcare professionals will be essential to ensure student success. The successful candidates will require a high standard of interpersonal skills, customer service and professionalism. 
Qualifications 
- Relevant Nursing Qualification/s (Diploma and/or Bachelor or above) 
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or TAE40122 (GOTAFE supports on the job completion) 
- Experience in clinical areas such as acute and ICU 
- Sound knowledge of current industry standards 
Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Division 1 preferred but not essential. 
Background checks 
- A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date) 
- A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application) 
- A current Driver’s Licence (Car) 
Salary 
The salary range for this position is L1.1-L3.5 Victorian TAFE Teaching Staff Agreement.
