Job Description
- Provide executive‑level administrative support to the CEO and Chair, including diary management, email coordination, travel and meeting arrangements.
- Maintain organised file and document management systems using SharePoint and other cloud‑based platforms.
- Support preparation of reports, documents, and presentations as required.
- Contribute to day‑to‑day operational needs across a small, collaborative team environment.
- Assist in strengthening organisational systems and workflows during this transitional phase.
The Successful Applicant
You are an experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant who is confident working independently with minimal supervision. You bring composure, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills, and you value respectful communication and cultural safety.
You are comfortable working fully remotely, managing your own schedule, and staying organised and proactive without direct oversight. You are self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to maintain clear and timely communication with leadership and the broader team in a remote environment. You, can navigate ambiguity with patience, and are adaptable to changing priorities.
You understand how to build trust over time, particularly within an Indigenous‑led organisation, and approach your work with humility, steadiness, and integrity. You are capable of managing competing priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting leadership with discretion and sensitivity.
