Job Description: HR & Admin Officer

Role Summary
This role blends human resources and administrative responsibilities to support the smooth operation of the Melbourne office. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, while also overseeing administrative tasks including office coordination, travel arrangements, and vendor management.
Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records including time tracking and HRIS systems.
- Support performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Australian labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Liaise with external partners (e.g., immigration consultants, benefits providers).
Administration
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.
- Organise travel, meetings, and events for the leadership team.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and internal communications.
- Support budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in HR and/or office administration.
- Solid organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
