This key position will provide vital support for extracurricular programs and events. Responsibilities include coordinating activities, managing documentation, ensuring smooth communication with staff, students, and parents. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva, attention to detail, professional presentation.
Eligibility criteria include holding a Working with Children Blue Card and demonstrating an active Biblical faith aligned with the College's Statement of Faith. The role requires confidentiality, time management, ability to inspire students to high standards of Christian character and scholarship.
About the Role
* Extracurricular Support: Assist Sports, GATEway, Instrumental Music, Hoof'n'Hook, Chaplaincy, Library programs.
* Events & Excursions: Create events in TASS, manage risk documentation, coordinate bookings, draft parent communications.
* General Administration: Prepare forms and documents, manage virtual debating bookings, order branded clothing, maintain SharePoint records.
