* Expand our customers' financial footprint and undertake retention-related activities for existing customers.
* Conduct thorough credit analysis and approve requests for increased limit requirements.
* Provide coaching, lead actions, and model best practices across the broader business.

* Demonstrated experience in a lending or financial advisory role.
* Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and the credit process.
