Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Support and Client Systems Officer to join our Community and Allied Health team working in our Victor Harbor site. This temporary full-time role contributes to the delivery of vital health services across the Barossa Hills Fleurieu region. You will provide administrative and client system support to staff, clients, and service users, including managing appointments, maintaining records, supporting program delivery, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other computer systems to manage records and support office functions
- Commitment to teamwork and contributing to a respectful, culturally safe workplace
- Ability to engage with Aboriginal community/consumers in a culturally appropriate manner and willingness to undertake cultural awareness training

Responsibilities
- Provide professional reception and telephone services, managing client enquiries promptly and accurately
- Deliver administrative and clerical support to staff and management, including data entry, record keeping, and invoicing
- Assist in the coordination of appointments, resources, and events to support program operations
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with relevant policies
Requirements/Essentials
- Immunisation as per SA Health policy
- Employment screening as outlined in role documentation
