Requirements:
* Previous experience in hotel, restaurant, or bar environments
* Passion and knowledge of Adelaide's local scene, especially wines and spirits
* Excellent communication skills; approachable and articulate
* Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities
* Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
* Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Safe Food Handling certifications
