Assembly & Process Work (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Bradnam's Windows and Doors have an opening for Factory Process Workers to join our team located in Cairns. We will provide you with all the tools and product training required to see you succeed in role and bring the Bradnam's Difference.
About the Role
This hands on role will see you positively contribute to the daily production requirements of the Branch by manufacturing and assembling Bradnam's products. Become a part of our Window, Door or Robe lines, or part of the Dispatch area and join a great team. Process work can be very varied and easily allows for cross training and upskilling opportunities.
Process Workers will undertake a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
* Picking and prepping metal.
* Using hand and power tools.
* Working across different lines in the factory while maintaining a commitment to producing high quality product.
* Handling product in line with approved manual handling techniques and requirements, including some heavy lifting requirements.
* Demonstrating and upholding a commitment to safe work practices and complying with all site requirements regarding mandatory PPE, sign in or other processes and procedures.
Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:06pm 38 hours per week Weekends Off Paid Public Holidays

Skills & Experience
* A willingness to learn about our products and processes, and good attention to detail and quality workmanship.
* Experience with hand and power tools or willingness to learn.
* Punctual, reliable and good communication skills.
* Previous workplace experience with Aluminium Fabrication highly regarded but not essential.
* Approaches every task positively while demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices.
