About the Role
This is a hands-on, multi-site position overseeing visual presentation across Sydney. You'll translate the brand vision into inspiring in-store moments - ensuring every space tells a story, drives sales, and feels unmistakably on brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute national VM directives with precision and flair
* Style, curate, and elevate product presentation to enhance the customer journey
* Partner with Store Managers and Senior Leaders to deliver consistent brand execution
* Coach and empower teams to bring visual excellence to life
* Drive key campaign launches, floor moves, and seasonal layouts
* Balance creative direction with strong commercial understanding
About You
You live and breathe fashion. You understand how to make a store feel inviting, fresh, and aspirational. You're confident in your aesthetic, but equally comfortable with data, strategy, and influencing others.
* Proven experience in multi-site or Regional VM role within fashion retail
* Strong styling and trend awareness
* Impeccable eye for detail, balance, and brand consistency
* Exceptional communication and relationship skills
* Self-motivated and organised, with a genuine love for the pace of retail
