About the role
We're on the hunt for a new dental receptionist to jump in and help us keep the smiles coming
In this role you'll work with the team to welcome our patients and see them through their dental journey.
Welcome and sign patients in
Maintain patient recall system to ensure reminders are sent promptly
Answer inbound calls to provide accurate information for our members and answer general queries
Process patient accounts and schedule follow up appointments
About you
If you have experience in dental or medical administration or reception role, we want to hear from you
Experience processing accounts and booking appointments
Experience with cash handling and receipting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be a motivated, organised and able to manage your workload while staying calm under pressure
Be reliable, honest and contribute to our fantastic team environment
