**Maternity leave contract available in a rapidly growing, family-owned company**

This is a minimum 6 month maternity leave cover contract, working from our Head Office in Wacol - starting 3 July.
Part-time position with flexibility - 5 days per week school hours or 4 full days.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Data entry
- Reconciliation of vendor accounts
- Entry of approximately 400 invoices per month
- Month end processing
- Liaise with vendors
- Support local accounts & office administration teams (Accounts Receivable, Payroll & Client Service Centre) where required
- Minimum 2 years end-to-end experience as Accounts Payable officer
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP highly desired, but not essential
- High proficiency in English (verbal & written)
- Ability to hit the ground running after handover
- Proven data entry, accounting & reconciliation skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- Extremely high-level attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to be involved in all aspects of the finance and administration function
