Qualifications:
– Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification in disability support.
– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Compassionate and patient attitude towards individuals with disabilities.
– Current First Aid and CPR certification.
– Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
