Medical Reception Specialist
Job Description:
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, staff, and management.
* Manage medical reception duties, including taking incoming calls, directing callers, and scheduling appointments.
* Maintain accurate records of client information and appointment schedules.
* Perform general office duties, such as opening and distributing mail, typing, scanning, filing, and archiving documents.
* Assist with the closing and securing of the building at the end of the day.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent administration, time management, and organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Well-developed customer service skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
* Knowledge of the mental health sector and the ability to work closely with multidisciplinary teams.
* Previous experience in medical reception or a related field would be advantageous.
* Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
