Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Care Coordinator. This is a permanent full-time role, where you will be the first point of contact for Amplar Home Health customers and stakeholders.
In this role, you will manage everyday query conversations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure timely responses and accurate referrals to relevant programs.
About the Role
* Provide exceptional customer service by managing incoming calls, emails, faxes, and other channels used by customers.
* Perform administrative data entry tasks, utilizing the Microsoft Suite and navigating various systems.
* Liaise with clinical staff over the phone, creating or updating client records and key clinical documents sent by stakeholders.
* Advise customers on Amplar Home Health programs, ensuring they understand program requirements.
* Initiate outbound calls welcoming customers into programs and following up with referrers for missing documentation.
About You
* You are highly motivated and passionate about customer service and health outcomes.
* Prior experience in telephone-based customer service and medical/clinical administration roles is highly regarded.
* You possess resilience, excellent communication skills, flexibility, and ability to adapt to different environments.
* You have high attention to detail, enabling effective prioritization of work.
* You are computer savvy and IT literate, comfortable navigating multiple systems, including the Microsoft suite.
