Overview
Fuelled by innovation, our Vision team brings cutting‑edge technology to vision care worldwide. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with eye specialists, and providing clinical support during cataract procedures.
Responsibilities
* Achieve sales revenue and increase market share by promoting and selling our range of surgical vision products to key eye specialists.
* Act as a consultant and trusted cataract partner, providing clinical support during procedures and in‑service training to new users.
* Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with Marketing, Professional Education, and other functions to progress commercial and KOL plans.
* Handle customer queries, manage issues/complaints, monitor competitor activity and market trends, and recommend corrective actions.
* Maintain high level of surgical and industry knowledge relevant to the role.
About You
* Degree qualified with a minimum of 2‑3 years of medical device or hospital sales experience.
* Passion for the ophthalmology space and a history of strong commercial achievements.
* Commercial acumen, positive "can‑do" attitude, and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to influence stakeholders, build long‑term relationships and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Travel
This position requires frequent travel to hospitals within Melbourne Metro and to regional hospitals in Shepparton and Albury/Wodonga every 6‑7 weeks. All applicants must have rights to work in Australia, a reliable car and a valid driver licence.
