As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead complex projects and shape the future of energy infrastructure with our Melbourne based Energy and Power team.
Our role demands a strategic thinker with extensive experience in delivering large-scale energy projects.
Responsibilities include:
1. Overseeing multiple project teams and complex engineering consultancy services
2. Driving project governance, financial performance, and technical compliance
3. Implementing process improvements and best practices across portfolios
4. Collaborating with integrated delivery leads and bid managers to optimise resource utilisation
5. Leading business development activities and cultivating key client relationships
6. Mentoring junior team members and promoting a culture of safety and innovation
Required Skills and Qualifications
Extensive experience managing large-scale projects in the energy and power sector
Proven ability to drive accountability and deliver exceptional commercial outcomes
Advanced skills in project financial management and risk mitigation
Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of fostering high-performing teams
Expertise in Microsoft Suite and advanced proficiency in scheduling software
