The Sales Administrator is responsible for administrative duties, maintaining the customer relationship, processing sales offers, liaising with stakeholders and updating property files.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Booking our professional photographers, advertising space & property stylists
* Copy writing for our property listings and/or arrange copy writing through third‑party
* Upload property listings to the internet via VaultRE
* Prepare correspondence for offers/acceptance and exchanges
* Communicate with solicitors/conveyancers throughout the sales process
* Prepare CMA's, Appraisal Letters and Appraisal Packs
* Handle internal and external communication
* Draft appraisal or full sales presentation, and sales authorities
* Processing sales offers, executed contracts and settlement documentation
* Ad hoc projects and tasks as required
* Scheduling and maintaining calendar
* Complete Sales Trust Accounting Tasks (Account Sales, Section 27 & transfer of balance deposit)
* Ensure all property files are compliant to statutory requirements
* Maintaining sales database and ensuring accuracy of records

* Friendly personality and positive energy
* Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Marketing and social media experience an advantage
* Professional presentation
* A demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
