Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a premium database of buyers and sellers
* Conduct open homes, buyer appointments, and property inspections
* Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and client referrals
* Deliver exceptional client service with regular follow-up and market feedback
* Assist with property presentations, valuations, and negotiations
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
About You:
* 2–3 years proven experience in real estate sales (essential)
* Current Agents Representative Certificate
* Professional communication and presentation skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Driven, self-motivated, and client-focused
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Schedule & Location:
* Full-time, 5 days a week including Saturdays (with one rostered weekday off)
* Flexibility for evening appointments as needed
* Based in Berwick, with travel across premium listings in the Eastern Suburbs
