About the Role
* Drive a customer-centric culture, creating an exciting, educational and seamless experience with every interaction
* Apply your commercial acumen to elevate the store performance
* Support the execution of visual merchandising plans ensuring brand consistency and sales opportunities are leveraged
* Motivate and coach the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators in a high-performance culture
* Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration
Ideal Candidate
* Excitement for the new product offering and the ability to sell it confidently
* Experience in a similar role, supervising teams in a fast-paced retail environment
* Open and supportive leadership, with the ability to motivate, empower and inspire a team to achieve success
* Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPIs in line with budgets
* Attention to detail with a talent for Visual Merchandising and creativity
* Experience with high stock volumes and stock management
