Rapid Plas is looking for a Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our Tamworth team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a supportive team environment.
Key duties include:
Managing inbound and outbound calls with customers and dealers
Providing dispatch notifications and delivery updates
Handling warranty and delivery claims
Assisting with transport and delivery issue resolution
Maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system
Supporting the team with general administrative duties

Strong problem-solving ability
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently and part of a team
Previous customer service or administration experience preferred
